Here visitors to
the Diagonal area will often meet local residents enjoying our beautiful recreation
area.
There is a well-maintained walking
trail,
a butterfly garden,
and a nice playground at
The lake is
stocked and is suitable for fishing, swimming, and boating. There is a boat ramp 
on the east side of the
lake.
Camping
at
Reservations are
required for the four cabins, each of which is heated/air-conditioned.
Each cabin sleeps
six and is equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator as well as an outdoor
grill and picnic table.
The cabins are
$30.00 per night and at least one is handicapped accessible.

Campsites are also
available for campers, fifth wheels, and/or tent camping.
Reservations are not
taken for campsite camping. This is a
first-come, first-served basis only.
The electrified campsites
are $12.00 per night.
The
non-electrified sites are $8.00 per night.
The shelter house
is also available for gatherings on a first-come, first-served basis.
